Creating Space With The Breath

When we experience several thoughts at once it creates for an illusion of what is transpiring in our lives.  With the count of four breath exercise it allows for space to be created between our thoughts.  This meditation is used by Cindy in the Regaining Who You Are Workshop, her book and in her practice.
